Two warehouses converted into a single tenancy with one half housing the new sales showroom and offices, the other warehouse storage space for the sales product.
Undertook structural strengthening of the existing roof and perimeter concrete walls with addition of steel members.
Replaced the existing tin roof with new coloursteel and butynol gutters.
Additional aluminium shop-front windows were installed
Internal fit-out of new WC and tea room services block, three new offices and sales showroom space.
New suspended ceiling and air conditioning installed
