Thrifty Cars

About

An old disused office and storage space was opened up into a vibrant office and operational space; on behalf of both Thrifty Cars and the landlord.
It required:
- Removal and opening up sections of the external walls and roller shutters for replacement with new shop-front and bulkheads.
- Internal demolition made way for the new internal fit-out entailing painted office partitions, suspended ceiling, carpets and replacement reception desk.
- Being car hire requirements included two new car-cleaning bays (one “wet” and the other “dry”), formed with integral sump and specialist waterproof floor screed system.
- The end result was a transformation into a vibrant car hire yard with office in this central Wellington location.
