Construction of a raised timber false ground floor, mezzanine, stair access and balustrading prior to the installation of the specialist bowling alley surfaces and pin machines by the owner.
Construction of the offices, catering kitchen, administration spaces, main entry lobby, bar with joinery and smoking area, all with full painting and flooring.
Supply and installation of feature suspended ceilings with specialist fittings and lighting.
