New aluminium joinery windows to the new and some altered exterior walls.
Installation of some new Exterior fire windows
Extension of the roof structure and roof lining where the old top floor atrium used to be.
Construction of sound, fire and regular partitions to form the new Hotel spaces.
Full internal fitout of the new and existing spaces complete with new Hotel rooms with tiled kitchens (complete with appliances) and separate bathrooms.
