Mega Centre Porirua

Construction of a new 1800m2 stand alone retail building in the large Mega Centre Porirua complex to house four new large shops.
Construction period was 10 calendar months to hand over for the tenants to carry out their internal fitouts.
The new building was constructed on the edge of the car-park, and consisted of:
- Concrete slab floor,
- Concrete tilt slab and
- Aluminium shop-front walls, with
- Structural steel rafter framed roof fixed to the tilt slab walls.
- Roofing was coloursteel longrun over the structural purlins.
