Scope of Work:

• Capital Construction Limited are proud to have constructed many of the Tulsi Contemporary Indian Cuisine Restaurants in the Wellington region, including the first restaurant in Wellington’s Cuba Mall. 
• Capital Construction Limited have also built the following Tulsi Outlets:
  • Tulsi Petone
  • Tulsi Miramar
  • Tulsi Johnsonville
  • Tulsi North City Plaza

• The Cuba Street Brand Project involved:
  • Conversion of an existing Bank Chamber Building into the well regarded restaurant that exists today.
  • Following demolition a hole was cut in the floor to allow access to what would become the basement level function rooms.
  • A full commercial kitchen including extract fan for working tandoor ovens was installed at the rear of the building. 
  • New toilets were constructed and the interior fitted out with angular walls to contain the booth seating and jarrah strip lined walls. 
  • A sweeping circular stair was installed to access the basement function rooms.

• It would be true to say that Monty Patel and Tulsi Contemporary Indian Cuisine Restaurants are Wellington Icons and Capital Construction Limited have enjoyed our ongoing relationship with Monty.
