The 2 year contract was for remediation of the Luxford Villa Apartments, consisting of 42 3 bedroom apartments over 3 floors, an internal courtyard and basement car parking.
The leaky building remediation contract was for:
- Removal and reconstruction of all the decks to the exterior of the building in new slatted or Conipur membrane on plywood with new aluminium balustrades.
- The building was re-clad in aluminium nu-wall weatherboard and Sto plaster post removal and replacement of defective framing sections.
