This internal fitout was initially forming inter-tenancy spaces and forming a lift lobby by:
- construction of full height inter-tenancy walls
- Supply and installation of frameless glass entry doors to the tenancies
- grinding and polishing the concrete floors
- painting walls and existing ceilings then
- installing new graphics and feature light fittings
On a design and build basis we worked closely with the client (whom had all the design ideas), interior colour consultant and draughtsman to build this feature head office fitout.
It has new offices, boardrooms, admin and kitchen spaces fitted out in a modern industrial style to make this a fun, inspirational and positive place to work.
It features:
- full height aluminium glazed walls to offices
- exposed industrial look services and lighting overhead
- polished exposed aggregate concrete floors
- large folding and sliding industrial doors to partition off spaces
- bright and inspirational colours and graphics to walls
- a working kitchen/bar/downtime space highlighted with corporate features
- a deco waiting reception space for customers
